Job Summary

BEAT Education is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and help achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
Contact students and explain available courses and training programs.
Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
Counsel students and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Maintain student enquiry records and follow-up details in the CRM.




Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Coordinate with the academic team regarding course details and student requirements.
Provide accurate information about course fees, schedules, and career opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing, counselling, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to work towards targets and handle student enquiries professionally.
Experience in academic counselling, education sales, or student admissions is an advantage.
