Job Description – HR & Payroll Executive

Designation: HR & Payroll Executive
Location: Shankar Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: 20,000 - 28,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Gender: Male/Female
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
Handle monthly payroll processing and salary-related activities.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee information.
Ensure accurate and timely salary calculations.
Manage statutory and HR compliance requirements.
Maintain compliance-related documentation and records.
Prepare HR, payroll, attendance, and other management reports.
Support employee onboarding, documentation, and other HR activities.




Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR and payroll-related matters.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee and payroll information.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR and Payroll.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR operations.
Basic understanding of statutory and labour law compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll-related software.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
