About the Role:
Housekeeping & Hygiene: Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure hygiene standards across all areas, and manage vendor performance.
Security Management: Coordinate with security agencies, monitor access control, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Waste & Pest Control: Implement waste segregation and disposal systems; manage pest control schedules and compliance.
Vendor & Staff Supervision: Manage outsourced staff, conduct training, and ensure service quality through regular audits.
Budgeting & Reporting: Track expenses, prepare MIS reports, and support cost optimization initiatives.

About You:
Experience in facility management or hospitality services.
Robust vendor management and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel and facility management software.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
