Job Description: Career Counselor

School: The Quantium School
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Mokila, Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:
Guide students in choosing suitable career paths based on their interests and strengths.
Provide information about higher education, colleges, universities, and career opportunities.
Conduct career guidance sessions and workshops for students.
Help students understand their academic and career options.
Coordinate with teachers and parents to support students’ career planning.
Maintain student counseling records.
Stay updated on career trends and higher education prospects.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
Relevant experience in career counseling, preferably in a school.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to guide and support students effectively.
Knowledge of higher education opportunities in India and abroad is preferred.
