Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Bank/NBFC in Home Loan (HL) or LAP
Candidates from HL/LAP Sales or Operations background can apply
Positive knowledge of Banking & Loan Policies
Understanding of Home Loan & LAP processes
Ability to coordinate effectively with Banks, Credit Teams, Customers & Internal Teams
Robust follow-up and coordination skills
Hardworking, target-oriented and result-driven attitude
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines

Key Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end Home Loan & LAP operations
Coordinating with banks for login, processing, sanction and disbursement
Handling documentation and ensuring timely completion of cases
Coordinating with Bank Credit & Operations Teams
Regular follow-up on pending cases and resolving process-related issues
Ensuring cases are processed as per Bank Policies & Guidelines




Maintaining proper case tracking and timely updates
Supporting the team in achieving business and disbursement targets
