Regularly assess and evaluate trainee performance
Conduct training programs for rural youth on Joint Liability Groups (JLG), Self Help Groups (SHG), and basic banking concepts.
Train participants on savings, credit management, and use of banking products such as loans, deposits, and digital payments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
