Inventory & Dispatch Incharge

DHARTI is a heritage edible-oil brand from Ahmedabad preparing for a relaunch. We’re looking for a reliable, organised person to manage stock and coordinate order dispatch as we prepare to serve customers in Ahmedabad.

What you’ll do
Receive stock and keep inventory records accurate and up to date.
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low stock.
Check orders and ensure the correct products and quantities are ready for dispatch.
Coordinate order pickups with delivery partners and follow up on delivery status.
Maintain transparent records of orders, dispatches and, where applicable, cash-on-delivery collections and handovers.
Keep the stock and dispatch area organised.

Who we’re looking for
Reliable,



organised and attentive to detail.
Comfortable maintaining stock and dispatch records.
Confident coordinating with local delivery partners.
Able to communicate in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is practical.
Experience in inventory, stores or dispatch is an advantage. Entry-level applicants with the right attitude are welcome.

Compensation: Based on experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
