Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive HR to manage recruitment activities, day-to-day HR operations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of PF, ESI, employee documentation, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Have working knowledge of PF and ESI processes and statutory compliance.
Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit procedures.
Assist in payroll processing and salary-related documentation.




Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and HR databases.
Support employee engagement activities and address routine employee queries.
Coordinate with management regarding recruitment requirements and HR activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Practical experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Positive communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance management, and employee documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
