6–12 years of experience in tendering roles within the EPC sector with mandatory hands-on experience in Solar and/or Transmission EPC projects.
Robust experience in tender costing, BOQ-based pricing and preparation of financial bid documentation.Prepare detailed cost estimates, price schedules, BOQ-based costing and financial documentation required for tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness of bid pricing.
Drive tender participation activities — tracking tender notifications and EOIs on e-procurement platforms, assessing eligibility and qualification criteria, and coordinating preparation of techno-commercial and financial bid documents.
Manage active bid processes including EMD/bid security arrangement, submission of bank guarantees/insurance surety bonds, compliance with qualifying requirements,



and complete and timely tender submission.
Coordinate with engineering, project execution, finance and legal teams to compile technical specifications, qualifying data and commercial terms for bid submissions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) or equivalent.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Based full time at the Hyderabad office, with occasional travel for vendor and project coordination as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
