Key Responsibilities 3D Print Operation: Calibrate, operate, and maintain FDM/SLA/industrial 3D printers. CAD Slicing & File Prep: Optimize digital 3D models for printing, including setting up structural supports, infill densities, and layer heights using slicing tools (Cura, PrusaSlicer, Simplify3D).

Design & Modification: Read technical blueprints and use CAD software to tweak or design functional prototypes, jigs, and fixtures. Post-Processing: Perform support removal, sanding, chemical smoothing, assembly, and quality checking of printed parts.

R&D; Troubleshooting: Diagnose print failures, identify mechanical or material defects, and optimize print parameters for various filaments (PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Nylon). Required Skills & Qualifications Software Mastery: Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or CATIA.

Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of additive manufacturing principles, material properties, and rapid prototyping workflows.
