Handle import and export operations from start to finish.
Prepare and verify import-export documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
Manage shipping schedules and track shipments.
Ensure compliance with applicable import-export laws and regulations.
Handle customs clearance and related formalities.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery.
Prepare invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other required documents.
Maintain records of shipments, payments, and documentation.
Monitor freight charges, customs duties, and other logistics costs.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
Resolve shipment delays and documentation issues.
Stay updated on import-export regulations and procedures.
Prepare regular reports on shipment status and logistics expenses.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
