Sr. HR Executive – Recruitment, Compliance & Payroll

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment*, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Manage HR compliance*, including PF, ESIC, employee documentation, attendance, and leave records.

Coordinate student placements*, hiring drives, interviews, and company requirements.

Manage monthly salary processing*, including attendance, LOP, deductions, and salary revisions.
Maintain HR records, trackers, and employee documentation.
Handle employee queries and coordinate with management/accounts for HR-related matters.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.

Positive knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance*.
Solid communication, coordination, follow-up, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
