Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for clients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties in an on-site clinical setting in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions across age groups.



The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, preparing progress reports, and communicating findings and recommendations to families and caregivers. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care, participate in case discussions, and contribute to educational and counseling sessions for clients and families. This is a full time role that requires active participation in team meetings, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology-Speech Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech-related concerns.
Candidates should possess expertise in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal, counseling, and documentation skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
