Junior Accounts & Internal Auditor

Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
Qualification: B.Com Graduate
Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including voucher entries, ledger maintenance, and record keeping.
Assist in bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation, and verification of accounting records.
Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expense bills, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist in conducting internal audits of financial transactions, expenses, purchases, sales, and inventory.
Check stock records, material movements, and inventory reconciliation with books of accounts.
Assist in verifying accounting entries and identifying discrepancies or errors in financial records.
Support compliance activities related to GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Prepare and maintain audit working papers, supporting documents, and accounting schedules.
Assist in preparing internal audit reports and following up on audit observations.




Coordinate with various departments to collect financial documents and audit-related information.
Support senior team members in financial reporting, monthly closing, and audit assignments.
Learn and follow accounting procedures, auditing practices, and internal control systems.

Required Skills:
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Slight/basic knowledge of auditing and a willingness to learn internal audit procedures.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
Valuable communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
Willingness to learn current accounting processes, audit techniques, and statutory compliance requirements.
