TechGropse is looking for an ORM Executive to manage and enhance the company’s online reputation across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor online reviews, brand mentions, and customer feedback.
Respond to reviews and queries across Google, social media, and other platforms.
Manage negative feedback professionally and coordinate resolutions.
Track brand sentiment and prepare ORM performance reports.
Work with marketing and customer support teams to maintain a positive brand image.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
