DEPARTMENT Design & Client Experience

Work Arrangement: Work from office is mandatory. Office location: Shamshabad, Telangana.

REQUIREMENTS
B.Arch degree or equivalent qualification, with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
Valuable understanding of architectural drawings, floor plans and space planning.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and commonly used architectural design tools.
Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architecture & Design
Review client floor plans and prepare drawings for 1:1 projection sessions.
Make live design modifications and improve space planning, circulation, furniture placement and functionality.

Client Experience
Engage with clients during studio visits, understand their requirements and explain design options clearly.




Proactively propose alternative layouts and practical design solutions to help clients make informed decisions.
