Key Responsibilities
Teaching: Deliver engaging Physics and Biology lessons aligned with the Samacheer Kalvi (State Board) syllabus.
Exam Preparation: Prepare students for Class 10 (SSLC) and Class 12 (+2) Public Exams.
Lab Practical: Conduct hands-on laboratory sessions and maintain lab safety standards.
Assessment & Support: Evaluate test papers, track progress and conduct remedial classes for struggling students.
Parent & Administrative Duties: Attend PTA meetings, set question papers based on State Board blueprints and support school events.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Education: M.Sc. in Physics, Botany or Zoology + B.Ed. (B.Sc. + B.Ed. accepted for Grades 9–10).
Experience: 2+ years handling TN State Board/Matriculation classes with a solid track record in public exam results.
Language: Fluent in English and Tamil.
Key Skills: Command over State Board evaluation patterns, good classroom management and familiarity with smart-board tools.
