What You’ll Do:

● Support the development and formulation of personal care products from concept to commercialization.

● Conduct formulation trials, testing, and optimization of products.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, Packaging, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

● Coordinate with vendors and raw material suppliers for sourcing and evaluation of ingredients.

● Conduct stability and compatibility studies and maintain proper documentation.

● Support product improvement and reformulation initiatives based on performance, quality, and cost requirements.

● Prepare and maintain R&D; documentation, formulation sheets, trial reports, and product specifications.

● Ensure formulations comply with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

● Stay updated on recent ingredients, technologies, formulations, and trends in the Personal Care category.

● Support scale-up and technology transfer from lab trials to manufacturing.





Requirements:

● 1+ year of relevant experience in Personal Care R&D;/Formulation.

● Educational background in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.

● Hands-on experience with personal care product formulation and development.

● Good understanding of raw materials, their properties, and applications in personal care products.

● Robust analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

● Valuable communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced and product-driven setting.
