Role: Engineering Manager

Overview

> A well-funded Indian deep-tech company is hiring an Engineering Manager. It builds quantum-protected cybersecurity products for enterprises and government, recently raised ₹200 crore (₹375 crore total), and is valued at over ₹1,000 crore. This is a hands-on, full-stack engineering leadership role for someone who has built and scaled complete products.





Key Responsibilities

-> Lead and grow an engineering team of 15–20 engineers.

-> Own engineering delivery across the full application, frontend and backend.

-> Make architecture and technical decisions while staying hands-on and close to product.

-> Drive scalability, performance and reliability as the products grow.

-> Balance execution, team management and product outcomes in a rapid-moving, low-silo workplace.

Must Have

-> Someone who has built and owned a complete software product end-to-end, not just a module or component.

-> Someone who has worked hands-on across both frontend and backend development.

-> Someone who has worked at a product or technology startup.

-> Someone who has managed a team of at least 10 engineers.

Good to Have

-> Someone who has worked at a startup building networking products or solutions.

-> Someone who has led an engineering team of 15–20 engineers.

-> Someone who has solved scalability, performance, concurrency or latency challenges in application architecture.

-> Someone who has worked with SQL databases.

-> Someone who has used AI tools or features in their product or engineering work.
