Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, Remote role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, supporting sales pipeline development, and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, gathering competitive and customer insights, preparing and delivering presentations, and assisting in the creation of proposals and sales materials. The role also involves coordinating meetings, following up on leads, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to execute business development strategies.



The associate is expected to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that client requirements are understood and addressed in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including identifying prospects, qualifying prospects, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including analyzing industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
Ability to work in office in Delhi, India and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with basic MS Office or similar productivity tools.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or industrial products is an advantage but not mandatory.
