Production Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution: Prepare stage-wise or daily/weekly production plans based on drawings, schedules, or customer orders.
Resource & Manpower Allocation: Assign machinery, tools, and labor to optimize output and minimize downtime.
Material Management: Raise indents for raw materials, inspect incoming supplies, and manage in-process and finished goods.
Machine Monitoring: Oversee machine performance, coordinate maintenance/breakdown handling, and track operational efficiency.
Reporting: Maintain daily production logs, output sheets, and shift reports.
Quality Control & Assurance Responsibilities
Stage-Wise Inspection: Conduct in-process checks during manufacturing to spot defects early.
Using Measuring Instruments:



Inspect parts using precision tools such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
Final Inspection & Dispatch Clearance: Perform final quality checks on finished products before packaging and dispatch.
Non-Conformance & Root Cause Analysis: Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), conduct root cause analysis, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
