Location: Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AOI Service Engineer to handle the installation, programming, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines used in SMT production lines.

Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and configure AOI machines at customer sites.
Perform AOI machine programming, debugging, and optimization.
Troubleshoot machine errors, hardware issues, software faults, and inspection-related problems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AOI equipment.
Analyze SMT defects and improve inspection accuracy and production yield.
Support production teams in reducing false calls, defects, and machine downtime.
Develop and update component libraries and inspection programs for recent products.
Support Recent Product Introduction (NPI)



activities and recent model setup.
Perform machine calibration and verify inspection accuracy.
Coordinate with production, quality, and process engineering teams to resolve issues.
Provide technical support, operator training, and service assistance.
Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and troubleshooting documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in AOI machine programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Knowledge of SMT processes, PCB inspection,

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
