We are looking for experienced and energetic Showroom Managers to join our team at the following locations:

Locations: Madurai
Position: Showroom Manager

Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 35–45 years
Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in showroom management, preferably in the jewellery or retail industry.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the showroom team.
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and overall store performance.




Ensure showroom discipline, visual presentation, and operational standards.
Prepare sales reports and implement strategies to improve business growth.

Required Skills:
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record in sales and target achievement.
Excellent customer relationship management.
Knowledge of inventory control and showroom operations.
Valuable communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
