Customer Support Executive – MCUT Factory
MCUT Factory is hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and order coordination.
Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
Explain product details and pricing.
Follow up on quotations and orders.
Coordinate with sales and production teams.
Requirements
Hindi communication is mandatory.
Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of calling experience can apply.
Basic computer knowledge.
Tamil and English are an advantage.
Job Details
Salary: ₹8,000–₹15,000/month
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
