Shift Supervisor Foundry – 2 nos.

Qualification Diploma Mechanical or Metallurgy

Age 26 to 35 years

Based at Chandial - Ahmedabad

Experience: Supervising in shiftsAluminum Foundry

Minimum 5 years of similar work experience of independent role.

Must be having positive knowledge of:

· Die casting (low pressure (LPDC) + gravity (GDC)

· Melting, Fettling, Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting, Powder Coating & Foundry Processes.

· QMS for foundry ISO 9001. Knowledge of IATF 16949 will be added advantage

· Hands on working experience on ERP system

Will be Responsible for:

· During night shifts overseeing the operations, operators for improving processes & quality.

· Manpower planning and Scheduling

· Reporting of Daily Production and gap analysis

· Rejection analysis (Root Cause Analysis)

· Prepare Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) for non-conforming items / processes /defects.

· Trouble shooting of technical problem

· Continuously focus to reduce the rework, NVA and improve the production

· Co-ordination with project owner for timely trial & current developments

· Coordination with cross functional team & follow up with internal suppliers as per schedule





· Optimum utilization of resources to meet quality & delivery targets

· Conducting training and awareness program for workers

· Ensure Health & Safety of workmen.

· Maintain all ISO documents & 5S in foundry

· Attending daily and review meetings.

CTC: Rs. 5 to 8 lacs but not a constraint for a candidate who has relevant shift experience

Skill set: Open Communicator, Constructive Feedback, Team work, Problem Solving ability, Positive Attitude and accountability.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
