We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle order follow-ups and customer communication from our office system. This is a fully office-based job with only system work (no field work).
Responsibilities:
Follow up on order status and update customers
Track pending orders and coordinate with branches until delivery
Reply to customer messages on our business WhatsApp (API-connected system)
Maintain order records in the system
Requirements:
Any degree
Valuable communication in Telugu and English
Basic computer and typing skills; WhatsApp/CRM experience is a plus

LOCATION : RAJAHMUNDRY
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
