EV Workshop Manager – Roles and Responsibilities
Workshop Management: Manage daily EV workshop activities and ensure smooth maintenance operations.
Vehicle Availability: Ensure electric buses/vehicles are ready for daily operations as per schedule.
Preventive Maintenance: Plan and monitor periodic servicing, inspections and preventive maintenance schedules.
Breakdown Management: Handle vehicle breakdowns, coordinate repairs and minimize vehicle downtime.
EV Technical Knowledge: Monitor battery health, BMS, motors, controllers, electrical systems and charging-related issues.
Manpower Management: Allocate work to technicians, monitor attendance, prepare duty rosters and track productivity.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure high-voltage safety procedures, PPE usage, workshop safety and compliance with applicable standards.
Spare Parts Management: Maintain spare parts inventory, track stock movement and coordinate timely procurement.
Data Maintenance and Documentation:



Maintain vehicle records, job cards, service history, breakdown logs, spare parts records and maintenance reports.
Daily Reporting: Prepare daily reports on vehicle availability, breakdowns, completed repairs, pending jobs and maintenance activities.
Cost Control: Monitor repair expenses, spare parts consumption, maintenance costs and warranty claims.
OEM and Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vehicle manufacturers, charging equipment suppliers and service providers to resolve technical issues.
Performance Monitoring: Track vehicle uptime, repeat breakdowns, repair turnaround time, preventive maintenance compliance and technician productivity.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
