STORE MANAGER- LUXURY CHOCLATES

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales, achieve targets, and monitor store performance.
Lead, train, and supervise store staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and brand presentation.
Manage inventory, stock rotation, replenishment, and wastage.
Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
Maintain product quality, hygiene, and storage standards.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3–6 years of experience in Luxury Food & Beverage, retail or store operations.
Experience in luxury retail, premium brands, F&B;, confectionery, or airport retail preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Qualified grooming and a customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
