Job Description

B2B Campus is looking for a responsible, confident, and multitasking professional to manage student admissions, branch operations, HR coordination, and logistics-related activities at our Bathinda branch.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, the ability to handle calls and walk-in visitors, and the confidence to convert student inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on admission inquiries.
Counsel students about available courses, fees, and career opportunities.
Handle walk-in visitors, address their queries, and guide them through the admission process.
Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions and achieve admission targets.
Manage daily branch operations and administrative activities.
Handle basic HR tasks, including attendance, employee records, and documentation.
Coordinate logistics-related activities and operational requirements.
Coordinate with other branches regarding HR,



administration, and operational matters.
Maintain admission records, call reports, follow-ups, and daily activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in admission counselling, education, HR, administration, or operations.
Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in calling, lead follow-ups, and student admissions will be preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle branch responsibilities independently.
Comfortable working with admission targets and coordinating across branches.
Immediate joiners preferred.
