Role Description The Real Estate Consultant role at Devine Infra is a full-time, in office position based in Nandi hills. The consultant will identify and develop new sales opportunities, guide clients through property selection, and provide detailed information on pricing, features, and legal aspects of real property. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, conducting site visits, presenting project details, and maintaining robust follow-up to close sales. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for documentation, training clients on processes, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience.



The consultant is expected to stay updated on local market trends, maintain accurate records of leads and conversions, and represent the company in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including local market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
Proven Sales skills, with the ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
Effective Negotiation skills to handle pricing discussions, offers, and closing terms beneficial to both clients and the company.
Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients on processes, documentation, and property-related decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Comfort with on-site client interaction, field work, and regular travel within Chikkaballapura and nearby areas.
Basic proficiency in digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead management systems) for tracking and reporting.
Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
