In charge of the entire branch sales, operations and administration.
Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the branch.
Ensure the branch achieves the targets; motivate and guide the team.
Current-to-branch customer acquisition, building the assets under management of the branch, driving sales of debentures, insurance, tour and travel products.
Key custodian; ensure quality clients are onboarded, control NPAs.
Conduct marketing and GTM activities along with the team .
Market scoping, understand the trends in the market and act accordingly.
