Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage BlueYonder systems to ensure continuous availability and performance.
Analyze system alerts and logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Configure and optimize monitoring tools for BlueYonder settings.
Troubleshoot system alerts and incidents efficiently.
Collaborate with development and operations teams on deployment and maintenance activities.
Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning.
Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and automated alerting mechanisms.
Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
Maintain documentation for monitoring processes and system configurations.
Provide timely reports on system health and performance metrics.
Follow organizational monitoring standards and best practices.
Train and mentor junior team members on monitoring practices.
