Role Description The Site Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior project execution at assigned locations. The Site Supervisor coordinates with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Daily tasks include supervising labor, monitoring material usage, tracking progress against schedules,



and resolving on-site issues in a timely manner. The role involves maintaining site documentation, reporting status updates, enforcing safety practices, and ensuring cleanliness and order at the site. The Site Supervisor also liaises with clients or client representatives when required, addressing concerns and aligning on project milestones.

Qualifications
Experience supervising interior or construction sites, with the ability to manage daily operations and workforce effectively.
Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, basic civil work, and the ability to read and interpret drawings and layouts.
Robust organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, track progress, and meet project deadlines.
Explicit communication and coordination abilities for working with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Prior experience in interior projects or construction supervision in Delhi or similar urban environments is preferred.
