What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
Accounting Standards Implementation:
Basic understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
Familiarity with revenue management tools like Zuora Revenue, RevStream, RightRev, or Oracle RMCS is a plus.
Salesforce Knowledge:
Exposure to Salesforce and its role in supporting upstream business processes.
Data Integration:
Experience in integrating data between systems, particularly ERP and revenue management tools, is beneficial.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze and interpret business processes and requirements.
Preferred Certifications:
Salesforce Admin




Exposure to certifications like Zuora Revenue/Billing or Oracle RMCS is an advantage but not mandatory.
At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
Implementing technology solutions to enhance business processes
Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
Embracing change and innovation in technology integration
