We are looking for a responsible Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate with the packing and warehouse teams, prepare dispatch documents, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and other dispatch documents.
Verify product quantity, quality, and packing before dispatch.
Coordinate with the packing, store, and transport teams.
Maintain dispatch registers and update dispatch records.
Track shipments and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.
Ensure proper loading, labeling, and handling of materials.
Maintain accurate stock and outward material records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
