Manager Finance & Taxation Flexible Shifts

Experience: 8–12 years

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Qualification: CA preferred; CMA/ICWA or MBA Finance may also be considered

Compensation: 25 Lacs per annum

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Taxation skilled to manage end-to-end financial accounting, statutory reporting, taxation, audit management, and fixed asset accounting in a multinational Global Capability Centre (GCC) workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial accounting, month-end/year-end closing, and financial statement preparation.
Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS/TCS, corporate tax, and transfer pricing.
Lead statutory, tax, internal, and group audits.
Manage fixed asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and asset verification.
Drive SAP-based financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization.




Coordinate with global finance stakeholders and support reporting aligned with Indian GAAP, IFRS, and German GAAP (HGB).

Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO and Asset Accounting.
Sound knowledge of Indian direct and indirect taxation.
Experience in GST compliance, transfer pricing, financial reporting, and statutory audits.
Exposure to GCC/MNC environments and international stakeholders.
Familiarity with IFRS/HGB reporting is an advantage
