Job Opening: IT Recruiter / Senior IT Recruiter (US Staffing)

Location: Rohini, New Delhi (In office / Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, technical evaluation, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Sourcing Strategies: Leverage skilled networks, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean search strings to source top-tier technical talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
Client & Vendor Interaction: Understand specific client job descriptions, technical skill matrices, and submission timelines to ensure high fill ratios and quality candidate pipelines.
Candidate Management: Build and maintain a robust database of active and passive IT specialists, conduct pre-screens to assess technical fit and communication skills, and manage salary/rate negotiations.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation, reference checks,



and submission submittals adhere to strict client guidelines and internal metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 2 to 4 years of dedicated experience as an IT Recruiter focused on the US Staffing/US IT Recruitment market.
Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with diverse IT roles (Software Engineers, Cloud & DevOps Specialists, Data Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, QA, and Project Managers).
Tools & Portals: Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Dice, Monster/Monster Worldwide, CareerBuilder), and ATS platforms (such as JobDiva).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with US candidates and internal stakeholders.
Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working the US night shift from our Rohini, New Delhi office.
