Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Explain service requirements and repair estimates to customers.
Prepare job cards for vehicle servicing.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely service.
Update customers about service progress.
Handle customer questions and complaints politely.
Maintain service records and customer details.
Explain service charges and delivery schedules.

Candidate Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Automobile or mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to coordinate with technicians and customers.
