Job Summary

LEONIDAS SMART SOLUTIONS is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller Executives to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, communicating with potential clients, following up with prospects, and supporting the company's business development.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers, clients, and candidates.
Generate qualified leads for the company's services.
Explain company services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with prospective clients and interested candidates.
Schedule appointments and arrange meetings for the Sales or Recruitment team.
Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports.




Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales, HR, and business development teams.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, or and any regional languages.
Basic knowledge of computers, email, and spreadsheets.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Positive convincing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet targets and work independently.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation will be an advantage.
