Role Summary

Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing and recording materials accurately, learning stores practices under the guidance of senior staff.

Key Responsibilities
Receive materials against purchase orders; check quantity and condition, and verify invoice/DC.
Prepare GRN and update stock entries in the register / Tally .
Store items in the correct location with proper labelling; follow FIFO.
Issue materials to production only against approved requisitions and record every issue.
Maintain daily stock registers and report shortages, damages and low stock to the manager.
Assist in monthly and annual physical stock verification.
Keep the store clean, organised and secure; follow fire-safety norms.
Coordinate with store assistants, loading/unloading staff and production team.

Qualification:



Diploma in mechanical / any degree relavent industry store experience in manufacturing or fabrication engineering

Skills Required
Basic MS Excel, inventory management software and familiarity in ERP
Positive attention to detail, honesty and willingness to learn
Ability to work in shifts if required
Communication in Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam & English

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
