Position: IT Support Executive
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
Work Mode: Work From Office
Interview Mode: Walk-in
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Education: Graduation Mandatory

*Preferred: Technical / Computer Science Graduates

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support through calls, chat & email
Troubleshoot basic computer, software, browser & internet issues

Assist users with video files, uploads, downloads & digital evidence Provide remote technical assistance Document issues & troubleshooting steps
Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team




Freshers are welcome! Prior IT Support experience is NOT mandatory.

Requirements

Basic computer knowledge

MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint knowledge

Good communication & problem-solving skills

English & Hindi mandatory

Smartphone is mandatory

Basic knowledge of internet, email, file management & troubleshooting

Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Night Shift: Up to ₹18,000 In-Hand
