Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly and annual financial closures in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Coordinate and oversee annual audits with internal auditors.
Establish and strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial processes.
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, Income Tax, SEZ, and STPI regulations.
Liaise with tax consultants for transfer pricing matters, tax filings, and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with domestic and international stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Skills and Knowledge Required:
Solid understanding of accounting principles, standards, and financial processes.
Valuable knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Proficiency in financial and accounting software.
Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently coordinate and manage auditors and tax consultants.
