An Ideal Candidate:

Hands-on experience in Greenfield Industrial Electrical Projects from project initiation to commissioning.

Execute electrical infrastructure and utility development for current manufacturing/industrial plants.

Key Competencies:

Manage installation of HT/LT panels, transformers, MCC/PCC, DG, cable laying, earthing, lighting, and electrical utilities.

Coordinate with civil, mechanical, utility, EPC contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Review electrical drawings, BOQ, layouts, and ensure execution as per approved specifications.

Monitor contractor, manpower, material, quality, safety, and project progress at site.

Support testing, commissioning, energization, and handover of electrical systems.

Identify site issues and ensure timely troubleshooting and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and project quality norms.

Solid execution mindset, ownership, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential.
