Duties:

The University Recruitment Coordinator III plays a critical role in supporting and executing campus recruiting initiatives across universities and educational institutions throughout India. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end university recruiting activities, managing candidate logistics, supporting hiring teams, building solid relationships with campus stakeholders, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing high volume recruitment operations.

Skills:

Manage interview scheduling and logistics, partnering with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and interview panels to ensure a seamless interview process. * Draft, prepare, and execute offer letters and employment documentation in accordance with company policies and local employment requirements.
Partner with recruiters to support offer generation, approvals, and candidate acceptance processes.
Initiate and track pre-employment screening activities, including background checks,



education verification, and other onboarding requirements.
Monitor background check progress and partner with vendors, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion and resolution of any issues.

Facilitate candidate movement through the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring all required steps and documentation are completed accurately and on time. * Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies, university guidelines, local employment laws, and hiring audit requirements.

Education:

Preffered but not required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, university recruiting, talent acquisition operations, human resources, or related functions.
