Job Description:
Inventory Planning: Monitor raw material and finished goods stock, identify shortages, and plan timely replenishment.
Purchase Coordination: Coordinate with purchase and production teams to ensure material availability as per requirements.
Outstanding Management: Track customer outstanding payments, follow up for collections, and maintain ageing reports.
Order Tracking: Monitor customer orders, material availability, dispatch schedules, and pending deliveries.
MIS Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for stock, outstanding payments, purchases, sales, and pending orders.
Stock Reconciliation: Verify physical stock against system records and investigate discrepancies.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers regarding material availability, delivery timelines, and pending supplies.
Cost Control: Monitor material consumption, wastage, and stock levels to avoid excess inventory.
