Necessary skills requited:
Sound refraction skills.
Dispensing skills and proactive recommendation for Contact lenses.
Dispensing across all categories. i.e. spectacles (frames+lenses), CL, Rx sunglasses, etc.)
Fantastic interpersonal skills.
Administrative skills. i.e. data entry, back-end, co-ordination for timely follow-ups etc.
Minimum 2 years experience in the Optical retail or eye-care sector.
Salary based on interview, experience and industry standards.
Freshers may also apply (with 2 years commitment). Training shall be provided.
