An Ideal Candidate:

Academic Qualification / Job Qualification:
Diploma in EEE/ECE/E & I/Mech with more than 5 years experience
Bachelor of Engineering with 7 years experience

Skills / competence required to perform the Job:
Hard Working and Adaptable.
Knowledge in Electrical and Pneumatic trouble shooting.
Having valuable analysis skill for solving the problem.
Knowledge of 8D, 4M, CAPA, Six Sigma problem Solving methodology.
Knowledge in measurements and instrumentation.

Key Competencies:
Responsible of Downtime reduction.




Co-ordinate with CFT for Process yield improvement.
CAPA needs to be provided for major downtime and process related issues.
Productivity improvement.
Support for Product change over
Plan and execute all levels of routine maintenance on production equipment
Make sure the communication between the shifts by conducting meeting on end of the shift.
Trouble-shoot and repair production equipment to root cause. Fix the root cause.
Spare part control
OEE monitoring and improvement
Continuous Improvement activities / Kaizens.
Machine Programming and optimization
NPI support and execution's
Machine 5S and safety
Verbal / written Communication to all the shift
Co-coordinating with technician and with next level
Scrap control
Daily and Weekly and monthly report preparation
Develop and manage spare parts inventory control processes for recent/existing equipment.

20.Develop and mentor current team members to support 2nd/split shift maintenance activity.
