Role Description The Printing Technician role is a full time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The Printing Technician will operate and monitor digital and offset printing machines, set up jobs according to specifications, and ensure consistent print quality. Daily responsibilities include preparing materials, loading and unloading media, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating with the production team to meet deadlines. The role involves basic troubleshooting of equipment issues, working on bindery and finishing tasks, and maintaining accurate records of jobs completed.



The Printing Technician is expected to follow safety standards, keep the work area organized, and support continuous improvement in production processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Print Production and Printing, including job setup, color management, and quality control.
Candidates should possess skills in Printer Support and Troubleshooting to handle routine maintenance and resolve basic equipment issues.
Candidates should possess skills in Bindery, such as cutting, folding, binding, and finishing printed materials.
Ability to read and follow job tickets, technical instructions, and production schedules.
Robust attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with standing for extended periods and handling moderate physical tasks related to print production.
Prior experience in a print shop or production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant technical diploma or certification in printing technology or a related field is an advantage.
