Job Summary
We are looking for a polite, confident, and patient-focused Telecaller to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, making follow-up calls, coordinating appointments, and providing information about hospital services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing patient enquiry calls.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, consultations, and hospital services.
Coordinate OP appointment bookings and patient enquiries.
Contact patients for feedback and follow-up visits as instructed.
Explain hospital services, consultation timings, and available facilities.
Maintain accurate call records and patient enquiry data.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Front Office, and concerned departments.
Maintain qualified communication and patient confidentiality.
