About the Company:
A manufacturing organization seeking an experienced qualified to manage dispatch operations, inventory movement, and logistics coordination within a textile dyeing plant setting.

Responsibilities:-
Manage daily dispatch operations in a textile dyeing plant.
Coordinate the dispatch of dyed fabrics and finished textile materials.
Maintain records of goods inward and outward, stock movement, and dispatch details.
Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, gate passes, and other dispatch documents.
Coordinate with the dyeing, processing, finishing, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Arrange transportation and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.




Monitor inventory and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Maintain dispatch reports and ensure proper documentation of all materials.

Requirements:-
Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch operations within the textile industry.
Experience working in a textile dyeing or processing plant is mandatory.
Knowledge of dyed fabric dispatch, finished goods handling, and inventory management.
Familiarity with dispatch documentation and goods inward/outward processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Robust coordination, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Candidates with relevant experience in textile dyeing, processing, or finishing units will be preferred.
